This Diploma program prepares students for A+, Network + and MCSA certifications, and entry-level careers in the IT field as hardware technicians, network engineers, system administrators, and call center representatives. The coursework develops hands-on skills for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktops, workstations, operating systems, hardware, software and accessories (including mobile devices). - Medical AssistantMedical Assistant
This Diploma program features training in diverse clinical and administrative skills. The curriculum includes interviewing patients to obtain medical histories, preparing patients for examination and x-rays, collecting laboratory specimens, administering medications, monitoring special diets, and removing sutures. Students also learn to update medical records, billing, bookkeeping, and assorted administrative duties to maximize their employment potential. - Medical Coding/BillingMedical Coding/Billing
In addition to externship for on-the-job learning, students in this program gain knowledge in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, human pathology, as well as the management, computer operation, and medical coding skills necessary to become a coder qualified to work for insurance companies, hospitals, private practices, and other organizations in the healthcare field. - Patient Care TechnicianPatient Care Technician
This program prepares students for medical roles in patient care and healthcare delivery with training in patient care, recording vital signs, input/output, and collecting test specimens.
