Financial Aid and insitution is the worst ever.

I have attended Kaplan for 3 semester and two of them was a problem on my 4th semester I am finally withdrawing.
I am trying to get to my financial aid for the last 3 days. i was on the phone for about 7 hours. I finally got someone and he is telling he can not tell me what my obligations are If I withdraw early. He told me to speak with my adviser. Funny thing is my adviser told me to speak with financial aid.
This school is a total mess and I think it is even a scam to cheat people out of their dream. They are horrible to deal with.
They have 3 departments to turn your life to hell.Student account, Financial Aid, Academic adviser and all of them there to just give you hard time and pass the responsibility to next guy.
When you ask for a manager or supervisor their answer is same "I am the manager"
Horrible school, Horrible support. I decided to go to traditional school.
